Any residence, new or old, high-end or low income is "transformed" by me while painting its portrait.
I deliver more attractive images by correcting proportions, adding additional flowers, trees or removing unnecessary elements like neighboring buildings, electrical poles and so on.
Also, it is possible for me to create an addition to a building giving a client an idea of how his/her Residence will look like after reconstruction.
An architectural rendering (perspective) of not constructed residence can be created too.
