I have
designed, and/or design managed: communication
systems, corrected urban codes, designed green
areas, parks, marinas. I have written urban
planning design guidelines for many projects, and
verified architectural qualities of the $27 Billion
mixed use development, Saadiyat Island in Abu
Dhabi.

At the
age of 22, I received my first commissioned, fully
independent urban planning project: Checiny Town
redevelopment. This has made me the youngest
European Chief Urban Planner of the 80's.
As
the MIT Protásio Assistant I was involved in
a large scale city planning project: - LSM District
Complex, Lublin, (MIT - Oxford Poly sponsored).
In 1983, and 1992 I was
proposed to remain at the WP and then in MIT to
continue my post graduate urban planning studies,
and to make my Ph.D.
My master planning and urban planning management
services are base on my 24+ year long international
work experience, European and American urban
