Architectural, Commercial, RE Competitions offer better results. Saudi Aramco would not have an iconic piece of architecture without requesting my assistance. It took my team a record short time of 4 1/2 months, from an idea to a Winner announcement. Similar competitions (PM) take from 9 to 12 months of time to organize. Competition fees: 0.5% to 0.8% of construction cost. Pages 2 and 3, consist of the Saadiyat Island Museums, the Mimari World Trade Center (1st Prize), the Abu Shum Um architectural, Santa Barbara Art Museum, urban planing, cultural, educational, commercial competition projects. Commercial, Construction bids cannot be presented. I have been requested to review Designs of four Museums (by arch. Frank Gehry, Zaha Hadid, Tadao Ando and arch. Jean Nouvel). Also, I have verified design, urban planning guidelines for the entire 2,740 ha Saadiyat development.
